What are the delivery charges?
Delivery charge varies as per your delivery location.You might be charged with nominal delivery charge on every order to offset the higher shipping cost on lower value orders. The delivery charge may be waived off some times, if you shop for a minimum predefined value.
Are there any hidden costs?
There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase and delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the location of delivery.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Generally the product is shipped within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.
Estimated delivery time depends on the factor -the destination to which you want the order shipped to.
Why the delivery date changes from the said timeline?
It is possible that due to holidays, shipping team or courier partners would be off from work between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.
How to know the product can be delivered to my location or not?
You can check whether there is delivery for your location by entering your zip code on the product page (This is one time process).
If you haven’t provided your zip code until the checkout stage, the zip code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

The availability of reliable courier partner in your location
Note: At times courier partners prefer not to ship to certain locations. This is entirely at their discretion.
Can I change the address of delivery after placing order?
If you need the delivery of product to different location, you can mention before check out from Cart. Once you place the order, it is not possible to change the address for that order.
You can return the product in case of issue with the product, within 60 days of purchase but the amount will not be refunded and you can choose any other product for the same amount or more.
Return Pick up
I need to return the product, how do I arrange for a pick-up?
Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.Our courier partner will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through our courier partner, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by us.
How do I get the replacement?
While returning the product you have to make sure the original content of package is with tags intact, not torn/damaged in any way. Our courier partner will collect the product from your pick up location and will check the same. Once it is confirmed that the product satisfies the terms of return, the product of replacement will be delivered to you.
If the product is found to be damaged, then the replacement will not be delivered at the time. The level of damage is inspected by our team and you would be asked to pay extra for the same. On payment of the amount for damage, your replacement shall be scheduled for delivery.

What do the different tags like “In Stock”, “Out of Stock” mean?
Product which is readily available for shipment on confirmation of orders will be listed under ‘In Stock’. And will be delivered within the stipulated time (business days) as mentioned in the product page based on your delivery location.
