Delivery Charges

What are the delivery charges?

Delivery charge varies as per your delivery location.You might be charged with nominal delivery charge on every order to offset the higher shipping cost on lower value orders. The delivery charge may be waived off some times, if you shop for a minimum predefined value.

Are there any hidden costs?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase and delivery charges are not hidden charges and are charged (if at all) extra depending on the location of delivery.

Shipment Information

What is the estimated delivery time?

Generally the product is shipped within the time specified on the product page. Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time depends on the factor -the destination to which you want the order shipped to.

Why the delivery date changes from the said timeline?

It is possible that due to holidays, shipping team or courier partners would be off from work between the day you placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners and Sellers do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

How to know the product can be delivered to my location or not?

You can check whether there is delivery for your location by entering your zip code on the product page (This is one time process).

If you haven’t provided your zip code until the checkout stage, the zip code in your shipping address will be used to check for serviceability.

Whether your location can be serviced or not depends on

Legal restrictions, if any, in shipping particular products to your location

The availability of reliable courier partner in your location

Delivery Instructions

Can I change the address of delivery after placing order?

If you need the delivery of product to different location, you can mention before check out from Cart. Once you place the order, it is not possible to change the address for that order.

Return/Replacement Policy

You can return the product in case of issue with the product, within 60 days of purchase but the amount will not be refunded and you can choose any other product for the same amount or more.

Return Pick up

I need to return the product, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.Our courier partner will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through our courier partner, you can return the item through a third-party courier service. Return fees are borne by us.

Replacement Method

How do I get the replacement?

While returning the product you have to make sure the original content of package is with tags intact, not torn/damaged in any way. Our courier partner will collect the product from your pick up location and will check the same. Once it is confirmed that the product satisfies the terms of return, the product of replacement will be delivered to you.

If the product is found to be damaged, then the replacement will not be delivered at the time. The level of damage is inspected by our team and you would be asked to pay extra for the same. On payment of the amount for damage, your replacement shall be scheduled for delivery.

What do the different tags like “In Stock”, “Out of Stock” mean?

‘In Stock’

Product which is readily available for shipment on confirmation of orders will be listed under ‘In Stock’. And will be delivered within the stipulated time (business days) as mentioned in the product page based on your delivery location.

Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the ‘Notify Me’ feature to know once it is available for purchase.

How do I pay for a purchase in MagicStick Website?

You can pay using PayPal and if you don’t have PayPal account, you are allowed to use your Credit Card for purchase of products from MagicStick website. It is assured that any mode of online payment you use for payment is handled by trusted payment gateway partners using a secure encryption technology to keep your transaction details confidential at all times. You are free to choose the mode of payment as we allow you to use the mentioned options for payment- Internet Banking, Gift Card, Visa, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express credit/debit cards to make your purchase.

Are there any hidden charges?

Here’s a 5 Step simple guide to get you started with using MagicStick One device:

Connect Power Adapter and USB Cable

Connect Power Adapter and Connector pin first and plug it to the power point.

Connect the USB port end of the cable with Power Adapter and Red colored micro USB cable (on the other end) to 5V Power Port on device.

Connect HDMI 2.0 port with HDMI Display Unit (TV, Projector, Laptop, etc.)

Remove the cap on top of the device and connect the HDMI port directly to any HDMI display unit. Alternately, you can connect the device and display unit using HDMI (male to female) cable provided in accessories to reach difficult corners and small spaces.

Connect Keyboard or Mouse to USB Port

You can connect both Keyboard and Mouse to the device by connecting with two different USB 3.0 ports simultaneously.

Press START on MagicStick One Device

Press the Start button provided on the side of the device. The device will respond by turning on the blue light as an indicator at the bottom.

Select OS

After pressing start button, the device will start and show OS selection menu for 10 seconds. You can select the OS for your preference by using keyboard, mouse or mobile app.

Setting-up Dual Display

MagicStick can be connected to multiple display devices at one time.

You can connect more than one displays using either HDMI 2.0 port or USB 3.1 with Type-C docking station or both. You can connect any HDMI display by using HDMI 2.0 port and an HDMI splitter (Male-to-female) and connect several display devices at the same time.

Alternately, you can enable multiple displays by connecting USB 3.1 to docking station at one end and at other end using HDMI port of the device with HDMI display.

When you connect an additional screen to your MagicStick One, Windows will automatically detect it and display your computer’s desktop.

You can then choose how you want your desktop to appear as per your preference. You can later customize the display settings such as Display Style, Screen Resolution and Color Depth.

You can easily move Windows apps to another monitor by grabbing it along the top edge and dragging it from one monitor to another.

You can also span a single panoramic picture across multiple monitors.

Setting up Multiple Monitors

After you connect the monitors to your MagicStick, you can select the Display Style that best suits your needs. To quickly choose how you want to use your display on Windows, press ‘Windows + P’ on your keyboard. A sidebar will appear and you’ll be able to quickly choose a new display mode. You can choose from one of the following four options on how the desktop is displayed:

PC Screen Only: The second monitor is ignored and only the primary monitor is used.

Duplicate: The second monitor mirrors the primary monitor.

Extend: The desktop of your PC is extended across the two monitors and allows you to have a desktop that spans across both monitors.

Second Screen Only: The primary monitor will be disabled and only the secondary monitor will be used
